Invite Technologies Inc., "INVITE," is a multi-sided platform that matches advertisers/brands with content creators. INVITE introduces the advertiser and the content creator and facilitates an agreement and ongoing relationship between them for purposes of one or more social media campaigns. I, Content Creator am interested in working with advertisers with whom Invite connects me in relation to social media campaigns. I agree to allow Invite to represent Me in an agreement to collaborate with Advertiser subject to either an affiliate (%) or sponsored post arrangement approved by INVITE, and I recognize that Invite will concurrently represent the Advertiser in the same agreement. I agree not to make agreements with the Advertiser, whether directly or through other agents or platforms, without INVITE written consent. I agree that my use of INVITE platform will be subject to terms and conditions, including license and compensation terms, as they are established and revised by Invite from time to time. I agree to use the Invite platform as my exclusive means of written communication with the Advertiser in relation to any social media campaign in which I collaborate with the Advertiser.
